Challenge

A large, exposed property including a private beach and dock - the whole perimeter needed advanced protection integrated with the existing Tecnoalarm system, raising security while bringing third-party systems into one platform.

Solution

Business 35 with on-board IDL video analysis and RAID 5. 25 aylook 4-megapixel cameras installed; the 19 covering the perimeter run on video analysis, linked to the alarm panel's zones.

Replacing a false-alarm-prone system - the client tested a demo before committing.

Challenge

The client wanted to replace an existing intrusion system plagued by constant false alarms from the outdoor sensors. He already had basic video analysis from another vendor and was skeptical that a camera could reliably tell a real alarm from a false one.

Solution

After running an aylook demo for a few weeks, the client ordered a Business 24 outright: 20 IDL licenses plus 4 advanced licenses for thermal cameras, tampering rules that switch to thermal cameras in fog, and integration with a Satel Integra 256 Plus panel.

Result

The client now has the first perimeter ring of the property fully protected by video analysis and has already asked to extend coverage to the rest of the grounds this spring.
