How to integrate aylook with Tecnoalarm alarm panels

Before starting the integration, request the Tecno Out enablement code from your Tecnoalarm supplier - communication between aylook and the panel only happens over the proprietary Tecno Out protocol, secured with AES 128-bit encryption. The code is entered on the panel keypad, under Options > Enablements.

Setup steps

  1. Configure the Tecno Out protocol in Tecnoalarm Centro: enable server mode, default port 10005, and set a 16-character passphrase (letters and digits only).
  2. Verify the protocol is active via the "Info" button in Centro - the Tecno Out protocol checkbox should be ticked under Options.
  3. Add the panel in aylook, using the free Aylook Security Control (ASC) software: Settings → System → Intrusion panels → Add, then fill in the name, model (compatible models: EV10-50, TP8-88, TP20-440), IP address, the passphrase set on the panel, and the user PIN.

What the integration enables

  • Cameras associated with panel zones (up to 4 cameras per zone), for immediate video verification
  • Arm/disarm programs, include/exclude zones, and remote-control activation, all from aylook
  • Video-analysis events associated with the panel
  • A single app for both video and alarm

From ASC release 9.0.21, aylook also supports Tecnoalarm's Virtual Zones (Tecno Out Evoluto): camera states (alarm and tamper) can be mapped to virtual zones that belong to a panel program, so the camera is supervised by the panel like any other sensor.
